Advertising Services Agreement

This document (“Contract”, “Agreement”) outlines the Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) governing the relationship between the dealership ("You" or "Your" or “Advertiser”) and Motor Genius Group Ltd (“Motor Genius” "We" "Us" or "Our") for advertising services across two distinct platforms: SunMotors.co.uk and the Motor Genius Partners Network. SunMotors.co.uk serves as the core platform for vehicle listings, supported by our partnership with News UK & Ireland Limited (News UK). The Motor Genius Partners Network offers additional performance-based advertising opportunities to further enhance your vehicle's visibility. It is important to note that while Motor Genius powers the car search feature on SunMotors.co.uk through our partnership with News UK, we do not represent News UK or The Sun in any capacity. Our Agreement is exclusively with You for listing Your vehicles and accessing additional services across both platforms. This Agreement clearly defines the legal obligations, rights, and responsibilities between You and Motor Genius, ensuring transparency and understanding throughout our partnership.
